The work of the forum began with a prayer in the church of the New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia, which was conducted by Archimandrite Guri (Danilov), a dean of the 3rd district, rector of the Church of the New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian Church.
 The ensemble of violinists \"Kaleidoscope\" of Cheboksary Children\'s Musical School No. 2 named after V.P.Vorobiev opened the readings, touchingly illustrating the video series dedicated to the New Martyrs and Confessors of Russian Church.
            Archimandrite Guri warmly and heartily congratulated all forum participants on the opening of the XVII Interregional Educational Readings of Young Theologians. He presented to the winners of the VIII Interregional Competition an essay essay \"The Role of New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia in the History of the Russian Orthodox Church\" Diplomas signed by Metropolitan Varnava, prizes and sweet gifts from the foundation.

In the VIII Interregional Contest, the essay \"The Role of New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian in the History of the Russian Orthodox Church\" was attended by more than 40 works of students from Sunday and comprehensive schools in St. Petersburg, Cheboksary, as well as from different parts of the general and Sunday schools of the Chuvash Republic . More than 100 students of Sunday and general education schools performed in the music section with spiritual songs, more than 30 people made reports and reports in the sections.

 The concert program was conducted by Nadezhda Gorshenina, the head of the Sunday school of the Church of the New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian Church.
