At the start of the 1930s, Adlivankin turns to large-scale social and industrial themes. At the same time, he paints what are essentially genre compositions of meetings and conferences. In this painting, the artist renders the atmosphere in a collective farm preparing to accomplish a feat — fulfilling tasks set by the party in the shortest possible amount of time.
