“As an artist, actor, and reciter he made an impression on the stage. He was quite graceful and fully understood the rhythm of movement, and therefore immediately posed in such a pleasant manner. And I immediately just grabbed my brush, changing nothing and looking for nothing, as I was so pleased with how he looked.”
