Painter, graphic artist, portraitist, author of thematic pictures. Studied under Chernyshev, Chuikov and Korin at the Vasily Surikov School of Art in Moscow (1946-51). Advised by Vladimir Favorsky. Contributed to exhibitions (from 1954). Honoured Artist of the RUSSIAN SOVIET FEDERATED SOCIALIST REPUBLIC.
