The Festival of the White Rose
On 21st May we invite you at the lecture of the head of the department of painting of the 18th – 1st part of the 19th centuries of the Russian Museum Grigory Goldovsky.
The lecture will be devoted to the Festival of the White Rose that took place at the Potsdam Palace in summer of 1829 when Nicolas I went abroad as the tsar for the first time. The Festival was held on the occasion of the birthday of Alexandra Feodorovna.
