The film tells us about one of the depositories of the Russian museum which holds Old Russian Art.

 At the beginning of XX century it included treasures from Suslov’s, Likhachev’s and Plushkin’s collections. Soviet politicians expropriated the sacred treasures from Saint Alexander Nevky lavra and handed over them to the Russian museum
