Painter. Studied at the Odessa School of Art (1897–1903) and at the Higher School of Art, Imperial Academy of Arts (1903–1909). Contributed to exhibitions (from 1904). Fellow student of the Imperial Academy of Arts abroad (1910–1915), visited Italy, France, China and the Balkans. Lived in Serbia (from 1920). Professor of the Belgrade Academy of Arts (1920s–1930s).
