Sculptor, teacher. Studied at the Odessa School of Art (1913–1916), studied architecture and sculpture at the Higher School of Arts, Imperial Academy of Arts (1917), and the State Free Art Studios / VKhUTEMAS in Petrograd (1918–1921). Contributed to exhibitions (from 1922). Taught at various art schools (1921–1965). Professor.
