Countess Anna Vorontsova (1722-1775), née Skavronskaya, was the wife of the Chancellor Count Mikhail Vorontsov and the first cousin of Empress Elizabeth Petrovna, a lady-in-waiting (1742) and senior lady-in-waiting (1760).

Anna Vorontsova is depicted in a dress of the Order of St. Catherine of the Grand Cross, with the badge, ribbon and star.
