International research and practical conference "The Digital Projects in the Sphere of Culture during Pandemic"

The Multimedia Centre of the Russian Museum holds the International research and practical conference “The Digital Projects in the Sphere of Culture during Pandemic: Changing Patterns of Interaction” on 10-11 November 2020
 
In the 2020, the whole world has faced the circumstances, which have changed the typical way of life. The sphere of culture, education and leisure as many others had to adapt to the current situation. The active switch to the online environment, actual digital solutions of the old tasks, reaction of the virtual audience to the new format of educational events, activities in social networks, development and integration of the content – all these are the key issues of the conference.
 
The participants of the conference will share their experience of forming a new culture of using of digital technologies in the activities of their institutions. They will discuss how the present situation influenced on the development of hard skills of their staff and widening of target audience and establishment of new partner’s relations.
 
The staff of the virtual branches of the Russian Museum, representatives of the local authorities, institutions of culture, education and science, and specialists in IT industry are welcoming to participate in the conference “The Digital Projects in the Sphere of Culture during Pandemic: Changing Patterns of Interaction”.

The staff of the virtual branches of the Russian Museum from Cheboksary, Nyzhny Tagil, Rostov-on-Don, Saratov, St. Petersburg, Málaga (Spain), Tver, Ust-Kamenogorsk (Kazakhstan) as well as the heads and staff of the Russian Centres of Science and Culture abroad located in Rome (Italy), Prague (the Czech Republic), Damascus (the Syrian Arab Republic), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Brussels (Belgium), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Nicosia (Cyprus), representatives of local authorities, institution of culture, education, and the specialist of IT industry will take part in the conference “The Digital Projects in the Sphere of Culture during Pandemic: Changing Patterns of Interaction”.

The researchers from the State Russian Hermitage, State Darwin Museum, Yaroslav historical, architectural, art museum and reserve, the Museum of Russian Art in Yerevan (Armenia), Russian Railway Museum, Republican Art Museum of Donetsk, Eastern Crimean Historical and cultural museum and reserve (Kerch), National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan  (Nur-Sultan) are taking part in the activities of sections.  

The conference of the Russian Museum is supported by the Department of Information and Digital Development of Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation and Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo).
